At Digital Smart BD, we strive to provide a seamless and instant experience for all our customers. Since we deal exclusively in digital products, please read our delivery and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

1. Delivery Policy
Instant Email/Dashboard Delivery
Most of our products (Software keys, Gift cards, and Game codes) are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
Where to find your product: You will receive your digital code or login credentials via your registered Email Address and it will also be available in the "My Account / Orders" section of our website.
Processing Time: While 95% of orders are instant, some premium subscriptions or manual top-ups may take 30 minutes to 24 hours to process.
No Physical Shipping: Please note that we do not ship physical parcels. All items are delivered digitally.
Delivery Issues
If you haven't received your code within the specified timeframe:
Check your Spam/Junk folder.
Ensure your payment was successfully completed.
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Live Chat with your Order ID.
2. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (which cannot be "returned" once they are seen or activated), we have a strict refund policy.
Eligibility for a Refund:
Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the product within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
Invalid/Faulty Code: If the code provided is invalid or not working at the time of delivery, we will first attempt to provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Note: You must report faulty codes within 24 hours of delivery.
No Refunds will be issued if:
Change of Mind: Once the digital key/account details have been sent to you, we cannot offer a refund if you simply changed your mind or no longer want the product.
System Requirements: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their device/software meets the requirements for the product purchased.
Region Restrictions: We clearly state the region (e.g., Global, USA only, BD only) on the product page. No refunds will be given if you purchase a product for the wrong region.
Wrong Product Purchased: If you purchase the wrong item and the code has already been revealed/sent, we cannot exchange it.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement for a faulty product, please contact us with:

Date of Purchase
Our technical team will verify the claim within 24-48 hours. Once approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer) within 3-5 working days.
